Rock for the River 10 will be held Saturday, July 6th at the Clayton Opera House. Event founder Jay Nash is once again bringing some of the best original song-writers and musicians from around the country for an amazing night of live music in support of Save The River. This year’s line-up includes Jay Nash, Joe Purdy, Chris Pierce, Garrison Starr, The Milk Carton Kids, Eliza Moore, and special guests. All ticket proceeds directly support Save The River’s advocacy, education and research programs.
Save the River’s 9th Annual Rock for the River was a huge success! The sold out crowd saw, heard and experienced an incredible and unique performance. It was a great way to celebrate the River and the community that wants to protect it.

Each year after our annual Rock for the River benefit, fans ask if we’ll be releasing a recording of the show. Thanks to the generous support from Jay Nash and the many amazing musicians who have supported the event over the years, a first ever live album of the very best songs from Rock for the River 5 recorded live at the Clayton Opera House in 2008 will be released on iTunes on July 1.
All album proceeds will support Save The River’s work to protect the St. Lawrence River and Thousand Islands.
